I decided to remedy this, by designing my very own PC fan controller that reads RPM speeds of already installed fans (both those connected to the MOBO and driven by CPU temp and the ones that cool GPU) and has two output channels. Unfortunately, my MOBO has only 3 fan connectors with speed control, and they can only be linked to the CPU or chipset temperature. New GPU model has higher TDP than my CPU and an old GPU, so I also wanted to install additional case fans. Corsair Link 4 is compatible with Windows 10/ 11, so you will have no trouble at all downloading and using this software on your PC/ Laptop.I recently upgraded my graphics card. Besides, you can easily control the CPU fans as well as the overheating issues. It lets you monitor the CPU and HDD temperature, and the CPU load. However, the application just fits in perfectly with any other system components as well. The Corsair Link 4 was basically developed for the systems containing pre-installed Corsair fans or the ones having the corsair liquid CPU cooler. Corsair Link 4Īs a PC and Hardware monitor software, you get all the important and basic functionalities under a single roof here. Notebook Fan Control is a free application and provides accurate data and functions. On reaching the main menu, you will find a slider, drag it in any way to increase or decrease the fan speed. You can get the real-time fan speed and read the system temperature. This app is just as simple and easy to use.
